Where can I find a list of the Super Contest winners?
Please go to www.rdasia.com.my/winners for the latest up to date information about winners from our draws.
- Is the Reader's Digest Super Contest legitimate? I've never known anyone who has won.
Yes, the Reader's Digest Super Contest is legitimate. We award all prizes in every contest draw that we conduct. An independent auditor/lawyer will be supervising the procedures and verifies the whole process. After each draw we publish our winners online, just go to www.rdasia.com.my/winners for details.
- I am a Reader's Digest customer, but I do not wish to receive Super Contest material. How can I have my name removed from your contest mailing list?

- Are the Reader's Digest prize giveaways legitimate? I've never known anyone who has won.
Yes, our prize draws are legitimate. We award all prizes in every prize draw that we conduct. An independent auditor/lawyer will be supervising the procedures and verifies the whole process. After each draw we publish our winners online, just go to http://www.rdasia.com/winners for details.
- I received two Super Contest entries, but there are different return dates. Which date is correct?
Both dates are correct, and each entry must be returned by the specified date in order to be eligible for a prize. Staggering return dates helps Reader's Digest manage the large number of entries received throughout the year. Each entry is an additional chance to win and each entry has an equal chance of winning.
- Does Reader's Digest share its list of customer names with other mail order companies?
Occasionally Reader's Digest may make your name and address available to reputable companies whose products may be of interest to you.
If you prefer not to receive promotional mailings from these companies, please contact us at (65) 6678-7715 (Monday -Friday from 9am to 1pm) or you can email our Customer Care Department.
- I have never purchased anything from Reader's Digest, yet I recently received promotional material from your company. Where did you get my name?
Reader's Digest occasionally obtains mailing lists from a variety of sources. This process is compliant with privacy principles.
If you wish to prevent any further mail being sent to you, please send us an email.
Please include your name and address details and reference number as they appear on the envelope label.
- What are the official rules for the Reader's Digest Super Contest?
To view the Official Super Contest Rules, please click here.
- Why does Reader's Digest run Super Contest?
We offer great products at very reasonable prices...and because most people appreciate the chance to win, we throw in Contest prizes as a special bonus. An extra incentive - if you like - for people to find out more about our products.
- How do Reader's Digest Super Contest work?
Our Contest has been designed specifically to please you - our customer. We include the rules and operational dates of our Contest on every promotional mailing. Entry to the Contest is free and by invitation only. No purchase is required and every entry has the same opportunity of winning. Only entries received before the Contest closing date are eligible for the draw. Winning entries are randomly judged from all entries received (both YES and NO envelopes). The final draw is held in the presence of an independent auditor/lawyer.
- How often do you hold Super Contest?
Every year, we come up with new prizes for you to win. We draw winning entries every 12 months for the main Super Contest, but hold special giveaways throughout the year that have been tailored to a particular offer. These extra prizes range from Hi-fi players to cars, or even CASH!
- How much money is given away in the Super Contest?
Taking into consideration the merchandise prizes as well as the Cash, we will distribute over RM90,000.00 in our 30th Super Contest and giveaways.
- Are all Super Contest prizes given away?
We guarantee that every single prize allocated for a Super Contest is given away.
- Will you contact me if I've won?
Most definitely! All Reader's Digest Super Contest winners are officially notified in writing.
- Will the winners' names be published?
All major prize winners' names will be published in The Star and Sin Chew Jit Poh as they are drawn. We also feature our major winners on our website.
- Does Reader's Digest ever postpone the draws?
Never! A prize draw always takes place on the day that has been specified. A brand new Super Contest begins a few weeks before the old one closes, ensuring that nobody misses out on the chance to win. It is quite possible for people to receive entries into both the old and the new Super Contest during this overlap period.
- Do I have to buy anything to be eligible to enter the Super Contest?
Your opportunities of winning are equally good whether you purchase a product or not. However, we do offer extra prizes for customers who say 'yes'. It's our way of rewarding those who purchase our products.
- Am I better off if I buy a product?
While you can enter the main Contest - and have an equal opportunity of winning - by saying YES or NO, saying YES to our offer can bring you an extra opportunity to win in a special prize draw.
- How can I prevent Fraud?
Be wary of phone calls and SMS text messages saying you've won a prize and ask for cash deposit or transfers to claim the prize(s).
- Reader's Digest advises all of their winners by registered mail. So if you receive a phone call or SMS text message saying you've won a prize, just ask one simple question: "Is it free?" If not, hang up.
Be suspicious if people ask you for money to claim a prize.
Swindlers often ask winners to prepay taxes, shipping and handling charges, a deposit or other bogus expenses. Don't do it. Reputable companies do not ask you to pay to claim your prize. Prizes are free.
Never give your credit card number to collect a prize or enter the Super Contest.
Some unreputable parties ask for this information as proof of your eligibility. Don't fall for this ruse. If you do, you'll likely find your plastic being used to subsidize a scam artist's spending spree.
Never send money to someone you don't know.
Con artists ask you to wire money or send it by overnight courier, or provide bank account information so they can debit your account. Don't do it. Never pay anything to receive a prize.
Read the Super Contest information and entry rules carefully.
Be aware of closing dates, prize amounts and conditions limiting eligibility. Keep a sharp eye out for shady "look alike" promotions hoping to mislead you by mimicking legitimate Super Contest.
If you think you are the target or victim of a fraud, report it at once.
